OLAY Body Age Defying moisturizing soap bars are a soap I have used several times. The scent is very feminine and leaves your skin feeling smoother than it was before you took a bath. I like these bars because I can also use them to wash my face. OLAY Body Age Defying moisturizing soap bars are very mild. I buy them in the 4 packages at Wal-Mart for about $4. I do not even need to use lotion after using these bars. In the past, I have been hesitant to buy soap that does not state antibacterial but milder soaps do not mean body odor takes over. I like to use these bars on my kids while my husband uses his harsher Zest or Coast on himself. For men, they likely will not like this soap because it does smell soft and feminine. I truly love these bars of soap. They are relatively inexpensive, smell wonderful, don’t burn as badly when the soap gets in your eyes, and are just awesome. The OLAY brand has rarely, if ever let me down in any products of that brand that I have used and I have used the moisturizer since it was Oil of Olay.

Olay Body Ultra Moisturizing Soap

For most people, a bar of soap doesn’t typically rate much consideration. However, for those of us with sensitive skin, the right soap can make a world of difference in the way that your skin feels, and how you feel. Typically, bar soap leaves a film or residue that seems impossible to remove. To avoid this, for years I used Johnson’s Baby bars, since this was hypoallergenic and perfume free. It also left very little residue behind. Unfortunately, a few years back, they changed the formula, and now, I no longer find this soap to be much better than any other bar soap on the market.

I recently started using Olay Body Ultra Moisturizing Soap bars, and I am very pleased with the way that it makes my skin feel. This soap does not leave a film or a sticky feeling that lingers on for hours. Instead, with Olay, I feel fresh and clean, and I don’t feel like I still have half a bar of soap stuck to my skin. I also like the smell, which is very light and mild, without the heavy perfume smells of many soaps.

The moisturizing effect of Olay Body Ultra Moisturizing Soap bars is also a plus. Often times, moisturizing bars leave an oily feeling behind, and this can be almost as uncomfortable as the soap film. However, Olay seems to have added just the right amount of moisturizing agent. I can definitely feel the effect of the moisturizer, without that oily feel.

As someone who has tried many different brands of bar soap, I can say that Olay Body Ultra Moisturizing Bars are among the best that I have ever tried.

OIL OF OLAY SOAP

I have discovered the best of soaps imaginable. I cannot believe I did not discover this sooner. I had no idea a soap could do so much. Anyway, having middle aged skin is not fun so usually you think that one product is as good as another. Wrong, I have been using Oil of Olay soap on my face for about two weeks. I wash my face with this silky soap with a little warm water, then rinse it off well. My face takes on a smoothness and clearness and I have never seen before. A healthy glow appears after so much so that the use of make-up is optional. Not only does your skin look and feel superb but any blemishes that were there have disappeared. I plan on trying their other products now since their soap is excellent. I am happy with this soap!

Olay Body Daily Purifying with Microbeads Body Soap

This was on sale cheaper than the one with Shea Butter and the other kind. So I picked it and purchased it. Given that this comes from Olay, I thought that it has the same moisturizing effect. There are only two body soaps that I can use because of sensitive effects on my skin, I tend to develop rashes with ordinary soaps which is not fully fortified with moisturizers and only Olay and Dove has that composition. I run out of supply of Dove so I went for Olay. It was really a bad choice which I will always regret.

This soap according to Olay is daily purifying because it has microbeads imbedded in the soap. When you wash your body with it, you can feel the harsh microbeads inside the soap bar. I noticed that it does not create a rich lather when you wash it in your body. This has a different formula. Other Olay soaps, you can always feel the presence of moisturizers in it because it is rich and luxuriously soft in your body. I did not like this soap because it is not moisturizing. It easily absorbs in your skin even while you are still washing and definitely not moisturizing. This is not the particular Olay type of soap which you often construe as something moisturizing. I was surprised this was the first soap that did not give me absolute moisturizing effect.

After you wipe you body with towel to dry up, you can experience after several hours that your legs dries so much and it is as if you had just bleached your skin. My toenails also manifested excessive dryness because they looked old and grumpy. I did not like the effect at all. My sole was a bit scratchy and when I felt it, the rough sides were evident. I had to moisturize it with a body butter for excessive moisture. With other Olay soap, I did not apply lotion sometimes but this one is something that you cannot count on in terms of moisturizing. This is not a good soap and kindly avoid this because it did not even provide even basic cleansing in your skin.

Olay Body.corps Bath Bar

I used to find the Olay Body.corps bath bar a little more than annoying when I was younger, because it was always much harder to wash off than other soaps I had used. However, these days I appreciate it a little more since its a moisturising soap which claims that it will help my skin to be smoother and softer in just seven days. Of course, many other soaps and beauty products have said that from time to time, but I think I had noticed a slight improvement while using “Olay Body.corps” in that time.

I also like Olay Body.corps because it doesn’t seem to reek with perfume like quite a few of the other soaps. The scent of it was very mild and does not trouble my allergies very much.

I’ve also noticed that the sud from the Olay Body.Corps soap is silky smooth and feels great on my skin. Just the combination of the feel of it on my skin, and the mild perfume coming from it usually makes me feel much better after rinsing off especially when I’ve had a bad day.

I recommend the Olay Body.corps Bar to people who would like to improve the sight and feel of their skin; although they have to work on their diet as well and moisturise it.

Olay Body Wash

I love my new body wash right now from Olay. It is a great product; I will never try anything else anymore as I am really satisfied with what great benefits Olay gives me. I used to be buying Olay bar soaps, but I have switched to the same brand, only that the one I am using now is a body wash, a soap in it’s liquid form.
What I have bought right out of a supermarket shelf was the Olay Body; it is the fresh reviving with ginseng. This product is in a color green 353 ml container. There are no other sizes, so even if I haven’t tried it, I bought it anyway. Surprisingly, I was even happier that I bought the big one because I love the product. The body wash is creamy, unlike other body wash that you can buy that are less concentrated. Having said that, Olay body is better because you do not have to pour in more of the soap in your palms; and you don’t have to keep on buying one. Aside from that, after application, the scent is really amazing! It helps you feel better; the scent is so fresh and is not rough on your nose. After every bath, you will immediately notice how much softer your skin is. With one week of using this product, I feel I am really attached to it; I simply am proud to tell my friends that I do not need to apply lotion regularly because the body wash makes my skin feels softer.

Olay Body Bar Soap

Soap seems like a pretty mundane and boring item, something necessary but not very exiting. I have never really cared about soap before, or thought much about it; I have always just bought whatever brand and type happens to be on sale at the grocery store. I recently made a temporary move to a very dry climate from a moist one, and for the first time, my regular soap is drying out my skin. Taking fewer showers is not an option, so I browsed the soap aisle to try and find a soap that was less drying for my skin, but would still clean well. I never really liked liquid soaps and body washes, because they don’t make me feel really clean. I found a few bar soaps that claim to have moisturizers in them, so I decided to try Olay Body bar soap, mainly because the brand is one I am familiar with for skin care products, and it was on sale-$5 for 5 bars.

I was skeptical about what difference soap would make to my dry skin, but I did notice a difference even on the first use in the shower. While it still lathered up well, the Olay soap made my legs fell soft even while I shaved them. It rinsed off very well, and my skin felt soft after I dried off. I decided to avoid putting moisturizer on right away to see how moist my skin would be. I did not get the itchy, tight, dry feeling like I often do after a shower. My skin, much to my surprise, felt soft and smooth, as if I had put moisturizer on it. And it lasted too-all day, and I didn’t put moisturizer on until that night before bed. The packaging on this product claims that you will have ‘softer, smoother skin in 7 days,’ and for once, a claim like that is really authentic-in fact, I noticed a difference after just one use. The other feature I like about this soap is that it is a large bar of soap, not a small one, so it will last longer than many soaps. And the fact that I use
less moisturizer means I am actually saving money on skin care products. Olay Body bar soap really does moisturize your skin while cleaning it, and I will be buying it from now on.

Olay Body

I was using ordinary soap before but I noticed my skin getting drier each day. I stopped using ordinary bath soaps and discovered Olay Body– a fresh reviving bar that is very different. Unlike other ordinary soaps that dry up your skin, Olay Body cleanse and purify my skin and revive its natural glow.

I didn’t believe in the seven days effect that the soap Olay claims until I gave it a try. I looked up on it at the supermarket a few months ago and I got discouraged by its price. I’m pretty much like a money conscious type of person and despite the fact that I was curious about the soap and wanted to give it a try that bad, I skipped it. I was really blessed when my mom received Olay soap from her friend but that time I was already comfortable with a cheap brand of soap. Olay was just that tempting. The box design was really lovely and the soap’s smell was spreading on my nose so I gave it a try. I only used it on my face as I was pretty conscious of using an expensive soap and I’m still worried that it might give me allergies, my skin is pretty sensitive. I noticed that my face got whiter in just four days of using it every morning. I’m really amazed that my cheeks felt softer. I wanted to touch my face as much as I can ever since I used Olay. I tried it on my body too and I was surprised with the compliments I receive. A lot of people said that I got whiter which I really did become. My face feels like it got younger. My big pores started to shrink and I felt very new as if I was reborn. This soap gave me a real boost of confidence. The scent was very unique and just alright. This soap is different from others as after I applied it on my face, I didn’t get any weird sensation like my face is stick or drying out. The soap is great even if it’s already little, it doesn’t break down into two that easy. I really like this soap though I don’t believe that it effects only after seven days, it is actually less than seven days! I hope the manufacturers would make promos about this soap and I’ll surely buy a dozen of it. The Olay soap is a really worthy product of its price that gives you great results less than a week.

Anti-aging by Olay Definity

With the launch of the Definity wrinkle cream at a price point below $30, P&G has increased consumer access to high-tech skin creams that have clinical research to back claims. Few $300 an ounce premium skin care products can match this level of research and trials.

If the under-$30 price point makes you feel skeptical of the Definity product efficacy, I'd recommend that you not rule-out skin care products based on the fact they're available at a low price or in Wal-mart.

Large beauty companies invest huge sums in research and development and product portfolios increasingly include niche, high-end skin care lines like DDF (that are priced much higher at the spa!).

I'm not a price-based beauty shoppper, but I have a bias toward specialty skin care products that target specific skin regions such as anti-aging eye creams. I do respect the head of beauty at Proctor and Gamble and how products like Definity and Regenerist bring anti-aging skin care to consumers at affordable prices.

Thus, I've tried the Regenerist thermal skin polisher and a free sample of [weblink:http://www.realself.com/beauty-brand/olay|Olay] Definity. Both were elegant products you wouldn't expect from a typical bargain drugstore purchase. I can't attest to wrinkle reduction or maintenance since it takes long periods of application to discover this benefit, so I welcome comments on your experience with Definity or Regenerist.

Regardless of price or results, Definity is not a natural skin care product, so it won't appeal to you if you're interested in organic skin care products. But if this isn't a requirement and your prime mission is to get anti-aging benefits from your skin care product, you may want to try the Definity budget-friendly product line.

Definity is described by the beauty industry publication Chain Drug Review:

The products' hydration allows the rebuilding of skin's collagen structure as well as a reduction of the appearance of discolorations in order to make skin appear lit from within...Olay Definity reduces the appearance of such skin discolorations as dullness and age spots in eight weeks by up to 78% versus a base moisturizer...

The three Definity products were launched into the US market with a $50M ad campaign, so if you read beauty magazines you are likely familiar with Definity. Interestingly, P&G targeted half of their ad dollars to attract entirely new customers into the anti-aging skin care market. The other half was targeted at higher-end product consumers including folks who buy specialty skin lines (presumably Arbonne).

In Praise of Olay Regenerist: Good Value + Coupons

Over the Christmas holidays I started dipping into my Mom's supply of Olay Regenerist Night Recovery Moisturizing Treatment (the purple jar.) After sampling the "purloined" good, I have to say, this stuff is good. If you want to know about anti-aging products and good skin, go to a senior for advice. The seniors know. My mom is 80 years young and she looks amazing. When I researched Oil of Olay, I found it was top-rated by consumer reports. ShopSmart, published by Consumer Reports, tested creams from the least to the most expensive. They found that Oil of Olay's Regenerist three part system for $57 ranked the highest. Amazing, huh, the lowest priced cream was the most effective one. In second place was Lancome Paris Renergie, which sells for $176 for the two piece system. That's quite an amazing price differential! And I cringe to confess, that I have bought an approx. $100.00 tube of StriVectin-SD.

Memories of those high cost cremes linger in my head like the ghost of splurges past. Last night, I saw an ad for Regenerist on TV with a coupon promotion. My eyes widened with interest. The thought of savings after the Christmas wallet purge is always most welcome. The advertisement had a website URL in it for a $5.00 off coupon on the product. My greedy shopping appetite was peaked. There's nothing like the combination of quality + cost savings. I was excited, until I tried to access the URL. There was nothing on the URL! No coupon no nutt'in. That's not budget-friendly. So of course, I had to call out the search dogs via Google and start searching. I found this $15.00 gift card coupon instead which is really a rebate, but no matter, I was going to buy some Olay Regenerist anyway. Once I find the savings, I have to pass them on.
